Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Delivery Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within a standard time frame of 3-7 business days. Since our parcels are shipped from Gujranwala, customers in nearby cities may receive their orders sooner, but we give a general delivery estimate of 3-7 days to ensure accuracy for all our customers.

Delivery Partners: We partner with TCS and Trax for shipping, depending on the type of address provided. Our delivery partners are trusted couriers in Pakistan and help ensure a secure and timely delivery.

Shipping Charges: We charge a standard delivery fee of 250 PKR on all our regular products. For some customized products that require special preparation, we may ask for an advance fee to begin processing the order.

Cash on Delivery: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan, except in certain rural or village areas where courier access may be limited. If your area is not serviced by our delivery partners, we will inform you in advance and explore alternative arrangements if possible.
